To get to where and how you would like to be, in a reasonable timeframe, you would be well advised to follow a plan. Improvement requires change. Not easy. But without change, and possibly some sacrifices, you will never live your best life.
Very few people ever sit down and plan what they want from life. Your present condition is the result of decisions and actions you took in the past. Your future condition will be determined by the decisions and actions you decide to take once you have enough good information.
- Take some time out to stop, and think about your present situation / condition. Consider the essential components that determine the quality of your life. Health, relationships, finance, your employment, where you live, present dreams and or expectations. You need to be clinically honest with yourself about your present condition.
- Under each heading, identify what detracts from your wellness.
- Use the Money Matters / Heath / and other information to select and prioritise what you want and what you can do.
- Set realistic targets or goals. What you want, and by when.
- Record your findings on your laptop or computer.
